Recommended Use: Add 1 level scoop (scoop enclosed) or 7 level tablespoons of powder to 8 ounces (1 cup) of water or milk. Stir or blend until smooth. One scoop (1 serving) provides 25 grams of protein. It’s amazingly versatile – add to shakes, smoothies, cereal, baked goods, muffins, pancakes or yogurt to boost protein content.
